This afternoon we Genifer and I went to see the Reds play the Toronto BlueJays. Before
the game. we stopped in at Holy Grail to have a Blueberry Ale and check out the lineup.






Miguel Cairo put the Reds ahead 2-1 with a blast into the seats!

Soooo excited for this…


Reds win! And just in time too. It started sprinkling in the bottom of the ninth inning.




The Reds dropped the first two games of the series. Genifer goes to the game and the Reds
win. Coincidence? Maybe. But I really think she is their good luck charm. The Reds are 6-1
this season when she’s at the ball park.

I love having a girlfriend that loves to go to baseball games. 🙂

Hmm, that doesn’t seem quite right.

My parents called me late last night to tell me that they just bought four tickets to see
Paul McCartney at Great American Ball Park in August! Genifer and I get to go with them!
Then when I was walking home from the Freedom Center’s Juneteenth celebration, I saw…

Excited doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel about this. Thanks mom and dad!

The little street that connects Freedom Center and Great American Ball Park is open.

It’s going to be pretty cool when all the little restaurants and shops are up and running.

Tonight, Genifer and I went to Fountain Square to check out the Indie Summer bands.












The Friday nights on Fountain Square are always fun.

It was all I could to keep myself from buying this team pack of Red Sox baseball cards.
I would have bought them just for this one card if they weren’t $10.

ps. the BoSox are on quite the wicked good tear right now. 🙂

At lunchtime, Taco Azul was stationed in the parking lot across the street from my building.





With them being parked just across the street, you know I had to get something for lunch.
So I ordered up a super cheesey quesadilla…

And an Al Pastor burrito…

Amazing, amazingly delicious stuff!
