Genifer’s sister got Reds tickets from her work for tonight’s game against the ‘Illies.
We hung out for a bit and got kind of a late jump heading down to the ballpark.

We had really nice seats, except for the fact we were surrounded by ‘Illies fans.

Roy Halladay was on the mound for the ‘Illies.

Genifer’s sister, Alyssa and her boyfriend, Cleve.

The Reds were getting thumping 8-0 so we left in at the top of the ninth.

Genifer and I decided not to count this game on her season record because by the time
we got to the ball park the Reds were already losing. So she remains at 13-3 for the season.

Cincinnati Brew Ha-ha.
This weekend the Cincinnati Brew Ha-ha was down at Sawyer Point once again. So I walked
down to the park to meet Genifer’s brother and his girlfriend for some beers and laughs…

Caroline Rhea was the feature comedian…

On my way home, I picked up a slice of cajun chicken pizza…

Fun night.

And this one belongs to the Reds.
Genifer was babysitting tonight. And she took the boys she was watching to the Reds
game. And guess what… The Reds won 6-3. Go figure.

Someone please get this girl some season tickets. The Reds are 13-3 when she’s at the
ball games.

Corn Hole-a-thon.
Genifer and I were walking to Tazza Mia this morning to get coffee and we stumbled
upon a big professional corn hole tournament event on Fountain Square.

$3 cheeseburgers!

And there were members of the Cincinnati Bearcats football team out and about…

I won Genifer a Care Bear…

We got to see the five-time Corn Hole world champion take on the youngest Corn Hole pro.
He’s an unbelievable 13 years old. And he knocked off the champ.

And then there was a drum corp…

Great afternoon. There’s always something fun going on in downtown Cincinnati.
I love living downtown.

Reds baseball game #28.
Tonight, Genifer an I went to our 15th Reds game of the season together. The Reds were
playing the Washington Nationals. It was a gorgeous night a ballgame. It was pretty funny
on our way to the ballgame because one of the scalpers said to me, “Geez. Another game?
What do you got season tickets or something? I’m not even going to ask you if you need
tickets anymore.” Ha. What can I say? I like to go to the ballgames. 🙂

The Reds haven’t been at home in quite a while…

I was hungry so I got a Penn Station Philly Cheesesteak sammich…

Chapman!

And then the lights went out…

Swoon.

And the Reds won 4-3 on a walk-off Miguel Cairo single!

I was Brandon Phillips Firework Night at GABP. But the game was so longer we wandered
off. But we got to see some of the fireworks as we were leaving the ballpark…

Great game. Great night. Genifer and and I are now 12-3 when we go to the games together.
Someone get this girl some season tickets. And the Reds will win the World Series.

Rubber ducky, you’re the one.
There was an event for the Rubber Duck Regatta today on Fountain Square at lunchtime.
