After my laundry was finished, I sat down to watch some of the World Series with a pizza.

Maybe rainy Wednesday nights aren’t so bad after all. 🙂

Well… until the Whiny Birds took the first game of the World Series.

I did exciting Wednesday night laundry. But I’ve been playing with a new photo app tonight.
Like most photo apps, it has all sorts of different effects and settings.

It can replicate the look of a Lomo camera…

And a Holga camera, which look A LOT like the Lomo…

It can simulate the effect of a Lensbaby, which I think ruins almost every photo taken…

And a setting called Magic…

It’s a pretty neat little app. But the only thing I don’t like is that the photo sizes are small.
So I think I’m just going to stick with the app, Vignette on my mobile. I think it’s the best
photo app around for an Android phone.

It’s been raining ever since we made it home from our walk last night. It’s been a rainy day.
Though I do love taking rainy photos from under my umbrella, ‘ella, ‘ella, ‘ella…

I think they are working on some small section of the sidewalks on almost every block in
downtown CIncinnati. There is almost constant jackhammering everywhere you go here.

And it’s really pretty annoying.

It looked pretty ominous and threatening when were out on our walk this evening.








And right when we got back into my building, it started pouring down rain.

We were pretty happy we didn’t get caught out in the downpour again. 🙂

When we were walking this evening, we stumbled across the Belle of Cincinnati docked
on the OHio side of the river right by the Serpentine Wall. And it was piping out musics.





We never know what we’ll find out on our walks. 🙂 Oh, and you can click here to see

I get pretty excited whenever it’s announced that a new restaurant or bar is slated to open
in the Central Business District of downtown Cincinnati. It was announced a while back
that the Boca Restaurant Group is teaming up with Four Entertainment Group to open a
new joint in the fabled old Maisonette space. Today, I noticed that there’s a sign hanging
above the space that is already undergoing renovations…

I love living in downtown Cincinnati. 🙂

This afternoon we went to watch Genifer’s nephew’s soccer game. This week the little guys
didn’t fair so well and lost 4-0. After the game, we stopped at The Sandbar on the OHio River
to watch the Patriot’s-Cowboys game and have some lunch.
