Last weekend when my parents were visting, they brought me a ton of goulash.

Protest the internet censorship bills, SOPA & PIPA.
You may have noticed today that many of your favorite internet sites are going dark
to protest legislation in the U.S. congress that would effect the open internet. I don’t
have the technical skills to make my site change for the day (or the time to learn or
ask for help) but I do encourage you to learn more about the movement, and if you
have a blog or tumblr or whatever, join in.

University of Cincinnati.
After the basketball game, we wandered around UC’s campus for a bit. I’ve never
wandered around Cincinnati’s campus. It seemed pretty nice. Wonderful architecture.

Bearcat basketball.
Today, we went to check out our first Cincinnati Bearcats and Big East basketball game.
The Bearcats were taking on the Villanova Wildcats at Fifth Third Arena.
Our seats were pretty awesome…
And we all got free Bearcats t-shirts…
During the first half, I went to get a drink of water and saw this guy…
And when I turned around UC football coach Butch Jones was standing behind me.
I wish I would have snapped a photo, but I just shook his hand and congratulated him.
At halftime, the Bearcats football team was honored for their terrific season.
The best part of the halftime festivities was when Coach Jones said, “Last time I checked,
there is only one nationally-ranked football team in the state of Ohio.” LOL. It’s funny
because it’s true. And speaking of funny, then there were these guys…
And the Bearcats hit their free throws down the stretch to win the game 82-78…
