We walked down to Holy Grail for lunch and to watch some basketball.
And guess what… They had Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy on tap!

Spring must be officially here. Finally. While we were sitting on Holy Grail’s patio,
we kept hearing music off in the distance. After we were done, we wandered off
to try to figured out where the music was coming from. It turns out there was live
Irish music at Smale Riverfront Park next to Moerlein Lager House…





There always something fun going on in downtown Cincinnati.

When we were walking home, we stumbled across our friends, Cafe de Wheels.


I love how they just pop-up everywhere. 🙂

We stopped to have a drink and relax on Bartini’s patio. We were sitting there sipping our drinks…

When our server dropped off some delicious-looking sliders, compliments of the new chef, Dana…



And there were indeed delicious cheesy and seasoned to perfection. The side of onion strings were
the perfect accompaniment. I knew Bartini’s had small plates but I had no idea they were this good!
We’ll definitely be back to try some of the other items.

When we were leaving Fountain Square, we heard what sounded like a marching band
playing about a block away. When we went to check it out, it was just two guys…

Everybody has their favorite green stuff on today…

This evening we settled in for one of the best sports nights of the year.

I love me some opening weekend of the Big Dance. It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Until baseball season starts. 🙂

We went out for our evening walk and found we were racing another thunderstorm…













We got sprinkled on a little bit. But made it home before the rain really opened up again.
