And we walked 2.52 miles tonight. 🙂

For lunch today, I tried a new Chinese place that just opened on Main Street called Dynasty.

They boast an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet for just $7.95. And it was really pretty good!

I’m not exactly sure what all they had to offer on the buffet, or what everything was that
I ate because nothing was labelled. But I tell you what, it sure was good. You can’t beat
a cheap all-you-can-eat lunch. And I’ll definitely be back soon!

Tonight, we walked down to the ball park to watch the Reds take on the Pirates.


Joey Votto was at the plate when we got upstairs…

And then Brandon Phillips knocked one out of the park!

This is as close as we’ve been to sitting in our actual seats so far this season…

Reds ace Johnny Cueto was on the hill…

Bases full of Reds just before Ryan Ludwick doubled to clear them…




We decided to move to our preferred third base side for the rest of the game…

The Reds were leading 5-0 going into the eighth. But Pirates hung 4 on the Reds in the
inning. One run Reds lead going into the ninth? That can only mean one thing…



Aaaaaaand… Game. Over. Reds win 5-4!





We can’t wait to come back to the ball park on Friday to see the Reds take on the Tigers.
And then watch some Reds Friday Night fireworks! 🙂

Free stuff is awesome. Just too bad it’s an extra large.

Down in Lytle Park, there’s this bird…

This bird is protecting his nest and does not like Milan. Not one bit…

But Milan loves this bird…

Because this bird will swoop at Milan and chirp at him. And follow him all over the park.
And Milan thinks that this bird wants to be friends. Very bestest friends in fact.
Milan will sit under this bird’s tree and just watch him hop all over…

Chirping at Milan all the while, “Get away from my tree.” This bird does not like Milan…

And Milan says, “See you tomorrow, my new best friend!”

We’ll be back at the ball park. After work, I walked down and got us tickets for tomorrow
night’s game against the Pirates. It’ll be our 11th game of the season so far! 🙂

I’m glad we didn’t get tickets for tonight’s game. It’s 8-2 Pirates in the sixth inning.
Aaaaaand… Tomorrow night, we get to Reds ace Johnny Cueto pitch. 🙂

While I was in the neighborhood, I got a better shot of the Art for All installation at GABP.

Strauss Troy Market is back on Fountain Square at lunchtime on Tuesdays.

And that means the honey bears have returned!



There was some pretty good looking stuff. But not anywhere near as good as previous years
when they had Eli’s BBQ, Taste of Belgium, Tom+Chee and other delicious food stuffs. 😦

We went over to Genifer’s brothers to hang out on their patio.

We saw a baby bunny in the next yard over…





And Instagram made the sunset look unbelievable…




Fun evening. 🙂

This afternoon we wanted to eat lunch at Eli’s BBQ in the East End…

But when we got there, they were already out of pulled pork, smoked turkey and ribs.
Everything we wanted to eat. 😦 I guess we’ll have to try again another weekend. And
maybe go a lot earlier.

There was nothing much going on today downtown so we walked up into Mt. Adams
to City View Tavern to admire the view of downtown Cincinnati and get a burger.

Later, we continued up to Tavern on the Hill to watch the Reds game.


It was a really fun afternoon and evening. We should make a habit of walking up into
Mt. Adams more often. 🙂
