4EG Midpoint Midway.

This weekend was Midpoint Music Festival. One of the neat features this year was the
4EG Midpoint Midway. Twelfth Street was blocked off between Vine and Walnut for three
days of “frolic and frivolity” with activities including the 2nd annual Artworks Box Truck
Carnival, MPMF Poster Expo presented by Powerhouse Factories, Third Man Rolling
Record Store and the Chipotle Bike Center…

The Lackman.

We stopped in at The Lackman for a drink. And they had Founder’s Breakfast Stout on tap.

There’s a new banner hanging on the Square celebrating the Reds trip to the postseason.

Oh. And we got tickets to the first home game for the upcoming Reds NLDS at GABP!
We couldn’t possibly be more excited! Go Reds! πŸ™‚

Via Vite.

It’s Friday! And that means Via Vite has their incredible lasagna today.

It’s been way too long. πŸ™‚

It was pretty foggy this morning.

Bronson Arroyo!

After the Reds final night game of the regular season, we stopped at Crave for a drink.
And as we were getting ready to leave, Genifer said, “Babe, is that Bronson Arroyo over
there on the other side of the bar?” And sure enough, it was!

He was super cool and chatted with us for a couple minutes. Bronson is the first Reds
player we’ve run into out and about downtown. To me, this photo ranks right up there
at the top with the photo I got of Brent Musberger, Steve Lavin and Erin Andrews at
the NCAA basketball play-in game in Dayton. It was an awesome end to an amazing
season of Reds baseball at Great American Ball Park! πŸ™‚
