Tonight 4EG‘s newest bar, Igby’s on Sixth Street had their friends and family opening.
And we were on the list! We’ve been watching the progress of this place, and it looks
absolutely stunning. Remember our peeks here and here? We were really excited to finally
get to see what this gem actually looked like on the inside. Come on, let’s check it out!

Look at that outdoor patio. Downtown Cincinnati needs more places with awesome patios.

There were a ton of people. We decided to head upstairs to see if it was less congested.




DJ Fuseamanina was dropping beats on the ones and twos…






And the upstairs wasn’t any less crowded…

We got a couple Crispin Ciders and made our way towards the patio…


We finished our drinks and headed out. It was just a little bit too crowded and hard to
move for us. But we can’t wait to come back and check this place out next week when
it’s a little bit less crowded. But it’s definitely one of the most gorgeous bars that
I’ve ever been in. Well done, 4EG! Well done. You’ve done it again. 🙂

So we’ve just skipped right over Thanksgiving and moved straight on to Christmas then?

I saw on my Twitter that C’est Cheese was going to be on Fountain Square at lunch today!




I got a Leapfrog and a PhD. I ate half of each sammich. And brought the other halves
home
for Genifer. Both sammiches were delicious. But I think the Leapfrog is our new favorite.

This evening we meet up with our friends Gretchen and Martin at Local’s Sports Bar.

The 21c Hotel must be getting closer to opening. All the fencing around it is now gone.
