After we finished our Banh Mi Sammich from Pho Lang Thang, we wandered around
Findlay Market and enjoyed their big fun Mardi Gras celebration…




Chef Josh from Mayberry made 150lbs. of crawfish boil…


And once again, The Medicine Men wrapped up the afternoon…

Pho Lang Thang.
We walked up to Findlay Market for their Mardi Gras celebration…
But before the festivities, we decided to get a delicious Banh Mi sammich from Pho Lang Thang…

While we were waiting for our sammich, we watched all the amazing looking pho come and go…
