This evening we went and picked up our fourth free pizza thanks to the Reds win on Tuesday!



YUM! Nothing tastes better than free pizza! 🙂

Just recently, the 2012 State of Downtown Cincinnati report was released to the public.
And I am pleased to announce that my photo is on the cover of the report!

Haribo was giving away a bunch of little packs of Gummi Bears and happy Colas all weekend.
But today, they really stepped it up. And were giving them away by the pocket-full to anyone
who walked by. Yeah. I got some gummis. What? You wanna fight about it?

Gummi Happy Colas and beer. It’s a winning combination.












And the final thing we ate again was a Korean BBQ Quesadilla from Red Sesame…

Another great day at Taste of Cincinnati! 🙂

Today marked the start of Taste of Cincinnati 2013! There was an eerie calm before the
storm when we were out walking the dogs this morning. It was odd. Taste of Cincinnati
but without any people…




But when we went back a couple of hours later. There were plenty of people…










Of course, we had to hit up Food Truck Alley…





And we ran into our friend Gretchen while we were there…

Taste is off to a great start! 🙂

Since Party in the Park was cancelled due to “anticipated” storms this evening, we thought
that this might be the perfect time to go and check out the new 21c Cocktail Terrace on the
roof of the 21c Museum Hotel. The capacity of the terrace is only around 85 people. We were
hoping the threat of “anticipated” storms would check the masses away for the evening.









































I can’t believe that no one ever realized the vision of bringing a rooftop bar to downtown
Cincinnati before this. But I’m sure am glad that we have one now. It’s quite the spectacular

Pizza Tower tweeted that their Pizza Truck was going to Fountain Square for lunch today.
I’ve never tried Pizza Tower pizza so I thought I would go check it out…




It wasn’t the best slice of pie I’ve ever had. Not horrible. Just not bad. And I guess that’s okay.

Tonight, there was another concert at Horseshoe Casino. Last week, we saw The Killers.
This week, The Shins. We walked up to The ‘Shoe to once again see what we could see.

We found the same spot we stood in last week where we could see the stage…





















Pretty cool… for free. 🙂

We went back to Asian Food Fest this afternoon with one singular purpose…



And that was to eat as much Red Sesame as we could!

We tried their Korean BBQ tacos…


Awesome stuff! That sauce that they put all over their stuff is just incredible!
And then we went back and got the Korean BBQ quesadilla and taco combo too…

YUM! We can’t wait to eat more of their deliciousness at Taste of Cincinnati next weekend!
