We met our friends Dimitri and Joyette at The City Flea. And the wandered over to Kaze
to enjoy the beautiful afternoon and take advantage of Kaze’s gorgeous courtyard patio.





Good times. 🙂

This afternoon we walked up to Washington Park for the August edition of The City Flea.





I didn’t take a whole bunch of photos today because we were just hanging out. And this
flea was pretty much identical to every other City Flea that we’ve been to at Washington Park.

This evening we walked over to Fountain Square to check out their Indie Craft Market.
But we dilly-dallied a little too long at home watching the Reds game because by the
time we got over to the Square most of the vendors were packing up or had already left.
There were still a few that stuck around until the bitter end.









And Belle Histoire was providing some sleepy-time music…



Next time, we’ll be sure to get it in gear a little bit earlier. 🙂

This evening just outside of our apartment was the 17th Annual Superhero Run For Kids 5K.


There more than a few superheroes out there amongst the crowd. 🙂

I ended the day with a new all time high for points over the last 7 days with 1011 points
on my Foursquare. I still can’t believe I finally broke the 1000 point barrier! HOORAY!

That’s a lot of check-ins! I love my Foursquare. 🙂

As part of a promotion for National Relaxation Day, Rock Bottom Brewery was offering
any housemade burger and a beer for just $10! It’s like saving a dollar on the burger and
getting the beer for free! And that’s just too good of a deal to pass up!

I can’t think of a better way to spend National Relaxation Day! Great beer and a delicious burger! 🙂

I finally broke the 1000 point barrier on my Foursquare!

Woo-hoo! I love my Foursquare! 🙂

The little urban garden at Fido Field dog park is starting to wind down. But there are still
some pretty good looking pumpkins coming along and making progress…


I can’t wait to carve one of these guys up for Halloween! 🙂

Back at the hotel, we ordered some pepperoni rolls from The Pizza Joint. When I was
going to school in Columbus years ago, the place was called Gumby’s, and I ate these
things a lot. Like a lot a lot. I’ve searched high and low for a reasonable substitute since
I left Columbus. But have yet to come up something that I liked as much. And they were
every bit as delicious as remember.

They’re going to staple of our trips to Columbus for Crew games from here on out. 🙂
