Yeah, I might bit a little obsessed with the steam rolled out of the top of the buildings in
downtown Cincinnati. There’s just something about it. I really don’t know.

And when we headed back home the snow was blowing off the top of the parking garage…

Streetcar congestion.
Every morning of late, there’s been a whole bunch of traffic congestion on Main Street…
They’ve had Main closed down to just one lane. And I’m guessing it’s being caused by
the Streetcar construction that’s got almost all of downtown all tore up. What a mess.

More snow means more SNOtos.
Is it just me or does it seem like we’re getting a lot more snow than year’s past? We got
more of the white stuff dumped on us again this morning. And where it made downtown
very pretty, it made dog walks and walks to work very bitter cold.
Only 69 days until Opening Day.

Cafe Lang Thang.
Genifer had the day off work so we met up for lunch, and decided to go check the new
Cafe Lang Thang on Race Street in Over-the-Rhine. It’s owned by the same people that
run Pho Lang Thang at Findlay Market and Quan Hapa on Vine Street in OtR.
They have a little snack area complete with Shrimp Chips…
Sriracha for days! And here I thought there was an impending world Sriracha shortage…
Oh wait, Nevermind. And they have all sorts of Vietnamese coffees…
For drinks, I got a Blueberry Limeade and Genifer ordered an iced green tea…
Lunch is served…
Genifer ordered the Roasted Cauliflower Banh Mi sammich with Ramen noodle chips…
And I ordered the Banh Mi Xiu Mai, a Meatball Banh Mi with Ramen noodle chips…
Awesome. And we shared a Baked Banh Bao, a sweet bun chuck full of ham and cheese…
Everything was delicious! Especially the incredible Ham and Cheese Baked Banh Bao!
We are already planning on heading back to get more Bahn Bao for breakfast very soon! 🙂

The Pats at Rock Bottom.
We went over to Rock Bottom to watch the Patriots-Broncos game. And we had a couple
of their newly tapped seasonal beer, Moon Light Porter…
Too bad about the Pats. But at least the beers were really good. 🙂
