After Crafts+Drafts, we kept heading out east to Fifty West Brewing Co. for Fifty Fest.


We were greeted by a rather sizable line for tickets…







We got a couple of Fifty West beers…

We got the Wire-to-Wire Wheat and the Speed Bump Kolsch. Good stuff!

Between Crafts+Drafts and Fifty Fest, it was really fun Saturday afternoon! 🙂

On our way out to Crafts+Drafts, we drove passed Cincinnati’s Lunken Airport…



I wish we could have taken a ride in that blimp. 🙂

We headed out to the east side of Cincinnati by Lunken Airport to check out Crafts+Drafts
held at Everything But The Home…

Tonight, we went to see the slumping Reds take on the NY Mets…


Check the brand new security at GABP…

Just installed today. It’s like being at the airport. Empty your pockets…


The ageless wonder Bartolo Colon was on the hill for the Mets…

Mesorocket had a big night last agianst the Orioles, 4 for 4 with a home run…

He hit another one out of the park just as we were walking into the ballpark.

And The Big Pasta was on the hill for the Reds…


And then the pitcher was Ryan Dennick…

Dennick’s parents should have named him Pan. Pan Dennick.

Or Dan Dennick. There were a lot of Den’s in this at bat…






Jack Hannahan made an appearance on Irish Heritage Night…



Frazier went yard…



But it was too little, too late…





The Reds lost 14-5. And the Reds pitchers gave up FIVE home runs. But still win or
lose, it’s always fun to be at the ballpark. 🙂

We stopped into the Renaissance Hotel to heave dinner again at D. Burnham’s. Genifer
ordered the turkey burger again. And I tried the BLT “E”, a BLT with egg salad…

Delicious sammiches! After dinner, we checked out the Renaissance Hotel’s ballroom…



It that isn’t a gorgeous ballroom, I don’t what is. 🙂

We cashed in our NINTH free LaRosa’s pizza of this Reds season thanks to the Reds
pitching staff striking out 11 batters last Tuesday against the Cubs. I ordered my pizza
pie with spicy sausage…

Genifer ordered hers with red onions…

Then we got our TENTH free pizza thanks to Wednesday’s night game against the Cubs…

Those sure are gonna be awesome for lunch tomorrow! 🙂

There are some very pretty wildflowers in the flower beds at Lytle Park right now…

This afternoon, we finally stopped over to Ei8ht Ball Brewing in Bellevue, Kentucky…






We started with a sampler…

And then we tried a few more…

Ei8ht Ball’s Coffee Bock was where it was at…

And while we were there, they tapped a special rare keg…



It was Delirium Tremens Red. And it was one of the best beers we’ve ever had…

And we got to keep the glass! Genifer and Ei8ht Ball’s Peanut…

We got a growler of the Ei8ht Ball Coffee Bock to go…





Awesome place! We can’t wait to get back to Ei8ht Ball very soon! 🙂
