After stopping by Top of the Park, we headed down to take in my very Reds Opening Day ballgame live and in person. As you could expect, The Banks were packed with people…

I haven’t seen this big of a crowd all clambering to get inside GABP since game three of the 2010 NLDS, first postseason baseball played in Cincinnati in 15 years. And the first postseason game EVER at Great American Ball Park. It was just that nutty…
Welcome to Opening Day in Cincinnati, the birthplace of professional baseball…
The view from our seats. The view we’ll have for the next 40 games!

And here come your 2015 Cincinnati Redlegs…
Johnny Beisbol…
The first pitch of the 2015 Reds baseball season…
And if you were curious, it’s baaaaaaaaaack for another season…
Votto still has the wrong walk-up music…
Of course, the correct music would be… BARGE!
The rain was a coming…
We dodged the rain drops after the rain delay, and watched the rest of the game under the cover of Igby’s patio…
And the Reds opened the season on a winning note, 5-2! What a great Opening Day! 🙂

The Budweiser Clydesdales.
We didn’t take in much of the 96th (or 96st) Reds Findlay Market Opening Day Parade. Not much at all. But we did happen to see the Budweiser Clydesdales near the end of the parade route of Fifth Street…

Those are some big, big horses. And you gotta love the dalmatian…
Best seat in the house. 🙂
