A new ice cream shop recently opened on Vine Street downtown called Hello Honey.

We went to another 4EG Happy Hour tonight on Fountain Square.

And now we’re up to $80 in 4EG gift cards!

We finally found some of 21st Amendment‘s Hell or High Watermelon. We’ve been keeping
an eye out for it all summer but hadn’t found any until today. So we stocked up…

Tastes like summer. 🙂

We went to see Genifer’s nephew for his birthday. He really likes Spiderman.

At lunchtime on Fountain Square was the annual Freaky Friday Ice Cream Eating Contest.

We went to Shanghai Mama’s this evening and shared some delicious Mama Tso’s Chicken…

Yum! 🙂

Milan and I took a long walk tonight all the way down to the end of Friendship Park.








And we walked almost 4 miles this evening. 🙂

After all the fun of the Blue BBQ and SSoM, it was going to take special to bring the day
to a close. How about Movie Night on the Square where the movie was THE GOONIES?!

I dressed for the occasion…


Crock of Love was on the Square firing up some pizza pies…






Oh, and they were giving away free glowy stuff on the Square!

Incredible end to a tremendous weekend!

This afternoon we went to historic Findlay Market to check out the 7th annual Blue BBQ.




We started with a pulled pork sammich from Eli’s…



We forgot to take a photo of our pulled pork sammich until it was half gone…






And then we headed over to Velvet Smoke once the line started to die down a bit…



We got to finally meet Twitter friend, @ChefTee in person!

We shared these incredible ribs…

And we washed it all down with some amazing blues…
