The evening colors in downtown Cincinnati are simply gorgeous sometimes.

No surrey rentals for anyone for quite a little bit.

Milan and I have really been getting into waking up extra early and going on a long walk
before the heat kicks into full effect. And it’s pretty. This morning we walked 4.2 miles.











When we got back home, I was still dripping but there would have been no way we could
have walked that far if we waited until later in the day.

I was recently approached by my friend Greg if I would like to partner with
a nonprofit called Everybody Walk. Everybody Walk is a nonprofit wellness
campaign, and their goal is to encourage people to get up, get out, and get
walking for 30 minutes, every day.

They believe a huge part of getting people to become more active is creating
and sustaining an environment and community that encourages these types
of activities.

Well, we walk a lot, like a lot a lot. We’ve been averaging almost 24 miles a week
since we started tracking our walking at the end of March. So this partnership seemed
like kind of a no-brainer to me. I would love help get more people to enjoy walking as
much as we do. So keep an eye out for updates here to see what Everybody Walk is doing
to get people up and moving.

Milan and I got up early this morning and took a 2.5 mile walk. It kinda was pretty out.

It’s the only time it’s bearable outside right now. But even early in the morning when I got
home, my shirt was still soaked. Stupid humidity.

Tuesday nights on Fountain Square are Southern Sounds of country, blues, and bluegrass.
So this evening I went to the Square to take some photos of Chris Knight‘s performance…

ps. We took another long 4.5 mile walk early this morning.

After we were done playing with t he puppy dogs on Fountain Square, Genifer and I went
to Via Vite and shared one of their amazing Italian spicy sausage and onion pizza pies.
