We found ourselves out by Crestview Hills, Kentucky this evening. And decided to stop
in to Abuelo’s Mexican Food Embassy for dinner…

They give you three different salsas for starters. The green one was amazing…
We started with Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms and Jalapeño Cheese Fritters…
The delicious, giant stuffed mushrooms…
And the little spicy, cheesy balls of goodness…
Genifer ordered a couple of enchiladas…
With rice and beans…
And I, as always, ordered the ground beef chimichanga…

With Abuelo’s Mexican potatoes and beans…
Everything was delicious. It was a bit pricey for Mexican food compared to our favorite
Mexican spot, El Rio Grande but everything was still delicious nonetheless. 🙂
