T+G chronicles the adventures of Thadd Fiala and Genifer Toland.

The main purpose of this blog is to document our life together. I like the idea of being able to look back on a timeline of our life and have a searchable archive of our adventures together, and record memories that might otherwise get lost to time.

Plus, we take a lot of photos and this blog gives us a place to share a lot of them while providing some context to the events and stories surrounding the photos.

Thadd and Genifer live in the Northside neighborhood of Cincinnati.

We met through the online dating site, eHarmony.
Our first date was April 30th, 2011. We went to a Reds game.
We moved in together on the weekend of February 18th, 2012.
We lost our best friend and bud dog, Milan on October 26th, 2015.
We were married on February 27th, 2016 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
We closed on our house on June 17th, 2016. And we moved in on June 29th.

I’m a designer who loves genmae5, photography, making drawings, playing with puppy dogs, eating sammiches and all sorts of social media. I also like sports. A lot.

I’m originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. Now I live in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood with the love of my life, Genifer, our little Westie dog, Oscar, the memory of my beloved bud dog, Milan, our new Pointer, Mack and a cat that I’m convinced is immortal.
