Once again, we were invited to the Downtown Cincinnati Inc. Holiday Celebration…












What a fun evening! Thanks again to DCI for inviting us to their holiday celebration! 🙂

We stopped into Rock Bottom tonight for Monday Night Football… and nachos!

After Redsfest, we stopped into Over Vine in the Westin for a drink. And as it turns out, we had front row seats for the fireworks after tonight’s Macy’s Downtown Dazzle just up Vine Street on Fountain Square…








Pretty neat. The final Macy’s Downtown Dazzle of the season takes place next Saturday at 6:30pm on Fountain Square. 🙂

This afternoon we walked back across downtown over to the Duke Energy Center for another day of Redsfest fun…


We spied Jay Bruuuuuuuce was taking photos…

We headed off upstairs to try to find the Season Ticket Holder Utra Lounge…

As we were getting ready to head out, Jim Day showed up with Mat Latos for a Season Ticket Holder question and answer session…





Afterwards, we got a photo with Jim Day…

He photobombed one of our photos at a Reds game last season.

They were sewing these cool All-Star Game patches on ballcaps…

And we saw Kristopher Negron going up the escalator as we were going down. And we passed Homer Bailey in the hall on his way somewhere. We saw the original architect’s model of Great American Ball Park…





It was really fun couple of days. The lines for autographs and photos were all pretty long. And we didn’t want to spend our whole time at Redsfest just waiting in lines. So we really just wandered around and enjoyed exploring Redsfest. We were glad we didn’t have to sit in traffic after Redsfest…

We’ll definitely be back! And we’re already looking forward to next year’s Redsfest. 🙂

From the Reds website, “Redsfest is the official annual winter warm-up of the Cincinnati Reds. Traditionally held in early December at the Duke Energy Convention Center, this event features games and activities for kids of all ages, including interaction with past, current and future stars of the Cincinnati Reds.”

We received two complimentary passes to Redsfest with our Reds season ticket package for 2015 so tonight we wandered over to the Duke Energy Center to check out our very first Redsfest…

It was a really fun first day of our very first Redsfest. 🙂

It was gross outside this evening. Again. Not wanting to set another foot outside, we ordered up some delicious Jet’s Pizza for the Cowboys-Bears Thursday Night Football game. Now we’re really ready for some football…


Delicious stuff. That Deep Dish Jet’s Bread is out of this world. 🙂

It started to get pretty foggy outside this evening as the work day was winding down…




And the fog and mist continued when we walked the dogs…
