Hyde Perk & Haircuts.

This morning we both went to get our haircut with Katie Walters over in Hyde Park. But first, we stopped for coffee at Hyde Perk…

Hyde Perk is such a cute place. And their coffee was really good too. Not as good as our Sidewinder in Northside but still really good. And then we got our haircuts. I used to get my haircut with Katie way back in the day when she was at Salon Beck downtown. Then she jumped to her own place in Hyde Park. I started going to Rooster’s downtown, and then most recently Great Clips just for a quick cut. After Katie cut my hair again today, it looked so nice. I had forgotten how good you feel after a really good haircut. And she always does a wonderful job with Genifer’s hair too. I think I’m just going to start going back to Katie to get my hair cut from now on even though she’s all the way over in Hyde Park.

After our haircuts, we stopped at Rusty Bucket for lunch. I don’t know why but whenever we find ourselves over around Rookwood Pavilion, we always end up eating at Rusty Bucket and it’s always really good. Genifer had a quesadilla and I had this chicken tender BLT sammich…
