You squeezed one packet of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom of a greased pan, added the little balls of dough and squeezed the other packet of cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of the dough…
It off it went into the oven…
Twenty-five minutes later, we pulled it out of the oven, flipped the pan over onto a plate and… BOOM! Monkey Bread!
Now it wasn’t as good as my mom’s overnight coffee cake, not even close. I never really expected it to compete with my mom’s. But it was still pretty good stuff. π
