We stopped at Nicholson’s for a drink this evening…
It’s become one of favorite places to go for a drink or two on a Friday or Saturday night.:)

Harry’s Maple Leaf shave set.
So razors are expensive. And shaving pretty much sucks. Ever since Movember, I’ve
just been trimming my scruff back each week with electric clippers. And then I stumbled
across Harry’s on Twitter. They offer a great shave at a fair price. Simple. I was looking
at their different product offerings, and decided to order their incredibly stylish looking
Maple Leaf set in honor of those hosers up north. Their razors looked very intriguing
so I just had to give them a try. Especially when you get a limited edition handle, three
blades and incredibly smelling shave cream for just a measly $15. My Harry’s shaving
set arrived in the mail today, and here’s my Harry’s Maple Leaf shave set unpackaging…

The weight of the handle is really pretty amazing. It feels so comfortable in your hand.
And the way it feels so balanced is really incredible. It just feels perfect in your hand.

I can’t wait to shave with this incredibly stylish, inexpensive new razor. Maybe, just maybe,
Harry’s will get me back to shaving everyday. And I’ll be less scruffy again soon. I simply
can’t wait to try my first shave with Harry’s! π

It’s a sign of Spring.
The US Bank Ice Rink has been removed from Fountain Square…
Worryingly, so has the stage…
I hope it’s back by St. Patty’s Day! π

The sun sets on our suburban Sunday.

Dingle House.
After every trip to Ikea, we always stop at Dingle House in West Chester for a bite to eat.

Genifer had this delicious Shamrock Salad…

On Sundays, all Irish fare is just $9.99. I almost felt obligated to order the fish & chips…

Delicious and a huge order of fish & chips! And they had Mad Tree beers on tap!
Great stuff! π

There’s no such thing as too much Scandinavia.
With the Olympics ending today, we thought what better way to pay homage to all things
Scandinavia than going making the long trek out to suburbia to visit Ikea. We got some
stuff to better organize and maximize the space in our little home. The thing that stood
out to me during this trip to Ikea was the fun artwork that they had in their display frames.
Totes McGoats…

Kiji Teppanyaki.
A new Japanese teppanyaki restaurant just recently opened where the old Benihana
used to reside on Sixth Street. It’s called Kiji Japanese Teppanyaki. I’ve been craving
some hibachi chicken lately. Even though we have a bunch of gift cards to Benihana,
the only Benihana in Cincinnati is all the way out at Tri-County. And if you follow our
adventures even a little bit, you know we don’t care for driving places. Especially places
all the way out by 275. So Kiji is already on the plus side in my book due to it’s location.

We both ordered hibacki chicken. We got started with the soup and salad…

The salad was to die for. We loved the ginger dressing. I could have gone home happy
right now. Let the entertainment portion of the dinner begin…

We missed the boat a little bit by getting steamed rice instead of fired rice…
The onion volcano…

SAKE, SAKE!

And the finished product…
YUM! Delicious, delicious stuff. It was definitely more food than we could eat.
Great stuff! Welcome to the neighborhood Kiji! We can’t wait to come back! π

It’s a parking lot.
Check out this stand-still traffic congestion on 71 south at noon on a Saturday…

That’s just ridiculous. It was at a dead stop. I’m glad we didn’t need to go anywhere. π
