Kroger keeps churning out different variations of their Prep+Pared meal kits. We’ve really enjoyed them all. The meal kit we tried tonight was Hummus Baken Chicken with feta and vegetable orzo…
It was another hit. This meal kit was one of my favorites. The baked chicken was covered with delicious hummus which became a breading of sorts. And the rice, vegetable orzo, feta combination was outstanding. I could definitely eat this meal over and over. 😀🐔❤️

Genifer made another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared dinners this evening. This one was Rosemary Turkey Meatballs with Butternut Cream and Fettuccini…
The meatballs were awesome. The buttercream was kind of weird. For starters, it was very thick. Not so much like a cream or a sauce but more like buttercream spread mixed in with pasta. I’ve noticed textures of food are becoming more and more important to me for some reason. If something has an unusually odd texture it can be just as off-putting as a bad taste. And second, it had a lot of cinnamon or nutmeg or something. I think it would have been really good as a spread on toast for breakfast. It was just a really weird texture and an odd taste for a dinner to me. Without the buttercream, it would have been very similar to one of my favorite meals Genifer makes, Swedish Meatball Pasta. Other than the buttercream, the meal was really good. And like I said these meatballs were just dynamite. But then again, I might just really love meatballs. 😀🍝❤️

It was another really wonderful meal. We haven’t had a bad meal from Kroger Prep+Pared yet. 😀🍯🥓🐔❤️

For dinner tonight, Genifer made another of the terrific Kroger Prep+Pared meals. This one was Mushroom Stroganoff over cauliflower hash cakes…
It was another delicious meal! The cauliflower was really difficult to form into little cakes so we just had the mushroom stroganoff over a mound of cauliflower. And it was so good. We’ve been really impressed with all the Prep+Pared meals Every one of the meals we’ve tried have been very delicious! I would be very hard pressed to pick any of the meals to call my favorite. They’re all so good. 😀❤️

This evening Genifer made another one of the Prep+Pared dinners from Kroger. This one was Stuffed Poblano Peppers with black beans and Quinoa…
They looked pretty awesome…
And topped with cilantro crema…
And they were delicious! Surprisingly, the peppers weren’t spicy at all. But the stuffing did have a little kick to it. Nothing terrible, just a little zing. I’ve been really impressed with all the Prep+Pared meals. We haven’t had one meal that hasn’t been outstanding. I think we’d be really hard pressed to pick a favorite. They’re all so good. 😀🌶️❤️

And this dinner was every bit as delicious as the others…
All the Prep+Pared meals we’ve tried have been very delicious! I don’t know which one is my favorite. 😀🌯❤️

It might be my favorite one yet! Every one of these meals that we’ve tried has been excellent. And they’re still cheap than going out to dinner. YUM! 😀🐷❤️
