#OpeningDayAtHome.

Today would have been Opening Day for Major League Baseball. But like everything else, the start of the baseball season has been postponed due to COVID-19. MLB and the Reds came up with the awesome idea of #OpeningDayAtHome. They’re going to replay old Reds game on their social media and Fox Sports Ohio. And I think it’s a great idea because it’s a lot better than nothing…

As we all continue to follow the proper precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy during these unprecedented times, we still have the opportunity to celebrate one of the aspects of our lives that brings us together – Reds Baseball!

Fans throughout Reds Country have thrown the best Opening Day celebration in baseball for more than 100 years, and we will continue that tradition this year as well. Tomorrow, join the Reds and all of Major League Baseball for a special #OpeningDayAtHome celebration.

I wore all my Reds gear all day today. And I enjoyed the replay of the Reds’ dramatic 2019 Opening Day win over the Pirates on FOX Sports Ohio…

We also watched the Reds final game of the series sweep against the Astros from last season. It was extra sweet to watch that game because it’s always fun to see cheaters take the loss.

And I just discovered the MLB Vault YouTube channel where they replay classic MLB games in their entirety. I was also watching the incredible game 7 of the 2016 Cubs-Indians World Series in all it’s glory.

Dang. How did I not know about MLB Vault? Welcome to the party, pal. πŸ˜€βšΎοΈβ€οΈ

One year ago.

One year ago, my reviews onΒ Google Maps/Local Guides just hit 10,000 views…

Fast forward to today and my reviews have over 170,000 views on Google Maps. And if you ask me, that’s pretty neat. It’s quite the jump in views over the last year. I’ve been working really hard on my Google Maps contributions. #LetsGuideΒ πŸ˜€πŸ—ΊοΈβ€οΈ

#TBT Pause for paws.

Milan was such a happy dog. He just always seemed so excited about everything. He was just always all smiles and tail wags…

Especially when he was out on walks, exploring downtown…

Always remembering all the good times with the bud dog. πŸ˜€πŸΎβ€οΈ

It’s what’s for dinner.

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals for dinner tonight. This one was Spicy Korean Beef and Broccoli Rice Bowl with crispy rice noodles. And it really was spicy…

Really spicy.

But it had a terrific flavor. It just leaned real heavy into the spicy side…

It was another great meal. I love anything with broccoli. It’s my favorite vegetable.

We really like the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meal kits a lot. πŸ˜€πŸ²β€οΈ

It’s hard to feel comfortable.

Oscar seemed like he couldn’t get comfortable this afternoon in the office…

And he ended up hanging out in Mack’s crate for most of the afternoon…

Sometimes it’s just hard to feel comfortable right now. πŸ˜€πŸΎβ€οΈ

Pause for paws.

Staying at home all day is surprisingly exhausting. πŸ˜€πŸΎβ€οΈ

At least there were Shiny Stars.

We ran to the grocery again before work this morning…

We’ve found that going to the grocery early in the morning is the best time for us to go. And another surprising outage at the grocery were the bags of store brand cereal…

Thankfully, they still had lots of bags of Shiny Stars still. Shiny Stars are my favorite…

Did I mention I really like Shiny Stars? It’s my favorite cereal. πŸ˜€πŸ₯£πŸŒŸβ€οΈ
