We have three new HelloFresh meals for our dinners this week. Our first meal was Triple Mushroom Truffle Gnocchi with with garlicky Panko and Parmesan…

I don’t think I’ve ever had gnocchi before. It was delicious! And anything with a mushroom sauce has always been one of my favorites.
