I think the new apartment building atop the the new parking garage at the corner of Sycamore and Eighth Streets downtown has finally reached it’s pinnacle…

Between Sycamore Place, Seven at Broadway, East 8th Lofts, Renaissance and this building, that’s a lot of pretty pricey apartments in this little corner of downtown. It was fun to live downtown but I’m really thrilled we have our house.
