It’s what’s for dinner.
This evening Genifer made another one of the Prep+Pared dinners from Kroger. This one was Stuffed Poblano Peppers with black beans and Quinoa…
They looked pretty awesome…
And topped with cilantro crema…
And they were delicious! Surprisingly, the peppers weren’t spicy at all. But the stuffing did have a little kick to it. Nothing terrible, just a little zing. I’ve been really impressed with all the Prep+Pared meals. We haven’t had one meal that hasn’t been outstanding. I think we’d be really hard pressed to pick a favorite. They’re all so good. 😀🌶️❤️

Another new milestone!
When it rains, it pours. After setting a new record high for points from my check-ins last week, I reset my personal best with a personal even better this week…
