Seen and noted.

I loved, loved, LOVED this painting that I saw in the window Algin Retro Furniture at the corner of Eighth and Main Streets…

Loved it. But when I went back to try to see how much it was, it wasn’t in the window anymore. It was probably ridiculously expensive. Everything in Algin Retro is super overpriced. Oh well. At least I got this photo of the painting. Taken with Instagram.

Mural, mural on the wall.

How cool is this new mural on the side of the Algin Furniture on Eighth Street?

It’s pretty cool that Algin has been using their wall for rotating murals. The last one was titled You hold the key.” This one is artist Joshua Stout and celebrates Cincinnati’s own little rockstar hippo, Fiona. Taken with Instagram. 😀🖌️🎨❤️

You hold the key.

You Hold the Key is a community awareness and engagement campaign aimed to promote dialogue and inspire empathy around the issue of homelessness in Greater Cincinnati through public art.

Today, I saw some of the You Hold the Key artworks along Eighth Street on my way to pick up something for lunch…
