It’s what’s for dinner.

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals for dinner tonight. This one was Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Pork Medallions with soy-glazed carrots…

The pork medallions were so tender and delicious. But the carrots were the best part. They had chopped up peanuts on them. And who knew the combinations of carrots and peanuts could be so delicious. I could eat those carrots every day…

It was another really delicious Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meal.

We really like the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meal kits a lot. 😀🥩❤️

No one out pizzas the Hut.

We went to pick up a couple of Pizza Hut pizza this evening…

We got two mediums for $6 each…

I love Pizza Hut. Their pizzas are such good stuff. I just love their original pan crust. And the giant chocolate chip cookie was pretty good too…

And now we’re good on my Pizza Hut fix for a while. 😀🍕❤️

I really like those cheap little pizzas. ANY pizza is good pizza for me. 😀🍕📺❤️

Slow down and grill.

When we were out on the Westside yesterday, we stopped at Meiner’s Fine Meats and got a whole bunch of brats and metts to grill today for the first grill of the year…

These beer brats were huge…

I also got one chopped sirloin to eat…

And while we had the grill fired up, Genifer made some chicken kabobs…

YUM! Everything always tastes better on the grill. 😀🌭🐔❤️

NYPD Pizza party!

We had another NYPD Pizza party this evening to celebrate getting through our first week of a whole strange new world. We were happy that NYPD was still open…

We got another delicious NYPD Station House pizza…

And we got BBQ/mild buffalo boneless wings…

We love NYPD Pizza parties. Their pizza is delicious. 😀🍕❤️

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals for dinner tonight. This one was Jerk Pork Chops and Baked Plantains with black beans and rice…

And this meal was another really good one…

The pork chop was terrific and the sauce had a great jerk flavor without all the spiciness associated with jerk seasoning. The rice and beans with plantains were delicious. And there was a pineapple slaw that was better than most slaws, thanks to the pineapple…

It was another really great Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meal. I love jerk seasoned anything. It reminds me of our wedding.

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals for dinner tonight. This one was Spicy Korean Beef and Broccoli Rice Bowl with crispy rice noodles. And it was really spicy…

Really spicy.

But it had a terrific flavor. It just leaned real heavy into the spicy side…

It was another great meal. I love anything with broccoli. It’s my favorite vegetable.

Even though today was the first day of spring, Genifer made us another incredible Autumn Sausage Veggie & Apple Sheet Pan for dinner tonight…

It’s one of our favorite dinners regardless of the season. I could easily eat it once a week. It’s so good. 😀❤️

And we made it through the entire winter without any significant snowstorms at all.

The Big Dipper is back.

The Big Dipper is back at Pizza Hut for a limited time. And after a little badgering, Genifer finally agreed to let me order it for dinner. And tonight was the night! I ordered it from the Pizza Hut in St. Bernard and we ventured out to pick it up…

Odd enough, this photo from the first time I ever had Pizza Hut’s Big Dipper is my most favorited photo on Flickr. Kind of weird that’s the photo people liked the most.

I was so excited as I loaded it into our car, and it took up almost all of the entire back seat. We hadn’t had a Big Dipper in almost five years…
