A little bit of Timehopping.

I can’t believe it’s already July. Where does the time go? It sure does seem to go faster and faster, that’s for sure. I was looking at my Timehop this morning. Two years ago today, we moved the very last of our stuff out of our little apartment downtown…

And we were just starting to get situated in our new big house in Northside…

Three years ago, downtown Cincinnati was ramping up for the MLB All-Star Game…

And four years ago, the United States Men’s National Team bowed out of the 2014 World Cup in that epic match against Belgium where United States goalkeeper Tim Howard stood on his head in goal to make 16 saves in one match. It was really something to see. A rollercoaster of emotion. But hats off to Tim Howard! The match could have easily ended 5 or 6 to Belgium…

I don’t remember where we were but one of the grocery stores built a Cookie Monster out of a couple of kiddie pools to sell… well, bags of cookies…

Seven years ago.

Seven years ago, I brought home one of those Pizza Hut Big Dippers on the way home from Genifer’s house…

This photo popped up in my Timehop today. For the longest time, it was one of my most viewed photos on my Flickr. I was never entirely certain why. It just was, and it always struck me as kind of odd. why was this photo of a big pizza so popular? I could never figure it out. I guess people just really love their pizza, and photos of pizza.

Oh, and if you were wondering, the Big Dipper was delicious. I wish Pizza Hut would bring it back. Just for a little while. I would definitely get another one for old times sake. Thanks again for another great memory, Timehop! 😀🦕🍕❤

Three years ago, we drove up to Michigan to visit my parents and Milan came with us…

Milan loved my parent’s backyard…

He would have loved our backyard so much. And he would have loved going on walks through Parker Woods. I miss the bud dog so much every day. 😀🐾❤

Three years ago.

I posted this photo to my Instagram with the caption, “@genmae5 is beautiful.”

Today, it popped up in my Timehop. Three years later and I still think she’s the most beautiful woman in the world. It’s funny to me that just when you think you couldn’t be more in love with someone, you find yourself falling in love with them just a little bit more every day. I couldn’t imagine my life without her. I love you so much baby! 😀😍❤️
