Happy Boxing Day!
Happy Boxing Day! The day after Christmas and it was almost 70º outside. It felt like Spring. We watched a bunch of soccer this morning and took Oscar for a couple of long walks around our neighborhood. It was so pretty outside…
We were thinking about walking down to Urban Artifact this afternoon before the Cowboys Monday Night Football game. But then the clouds rolled in and it started raining. Maybe next weekend, we’ll be able to get back to Urban Artifact. 🙂

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Our first Christmas in our new house…
Santa remembered to stop at our house!
Oscar got a new dog bed for the first floor…
We had cinnamon walnut coffee cake from Genifer’s aunt and uncle for breakfast…
Later, we went over to Genifer’s mom’s house where it looked like Christmas exploded…
It was another really great Christmas! Thank you to everyone for all of the wonderful gifts. We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!🙂

We got stuck at crossing waiting on this train carrying car chassis…
It went on and on and on. And as soon as we could see the end another train emerged from behind the first train going the opposite direction. Finally, we could see the end of the second train. And at the next light, we got stuck behind a funeral procession. Sometimes when it rains, it pours. Taken with Instagram. 🙂

We walked down to Django Western Taco for brunch again this morning…
Genifer had been craving guacamole for a minute now so she just ordered some guac Django style and some chips and salsa. I had Django’s amazing chicken biscuit…
It looked a bit different than the last time I had it but it was every bit as delicious. 🙂

Tickle Pickle.
We got some Tickle Pickle to go for dinner tonight. It’s been a minute since we had last had their delicious burgers…
Genifer had a Bread Zeppelin. I had the Meatallica…
They have such delicious burgers. We also got some smashed potatoes and their amazing mac ‘n cheese. I didn’t notice the special until we were getting ready to head home with our food. The David Doughie sounds pretty awesome…
