I got some new pens at the art supply store…
And it was rainy all day in downtown Cincinnati…

Before bed every night, we walk Oscar up and around the hill at the end of our street. When you get to the top of the hill, it’s really a beautiful sight to see all the lights from the surrounding neighborhoods…

A new friend.
We got our Google Home an Amazon Echo to keep it company…
The Google Home does a really great job with information and answering questions. And the Amazon Echo does a really great job with music, especially when it’s paired with Amazon Prime Music and it has a very nice rich, full sound for such a little device. I’m hoping these two become the best of friends because we really like them both a lot.

Tickle Pickle Taco Tuesday.
I met Genifer after work tonight for Taco Tuesday at Tickle Pickle…
We noticed their little sidewalk sandwich board outside on our way home from dinner at Django Western Taco last Tuesday…
I ordered two ground beef tacos and Genifer ordered two black bean tacos…
They were really outstanding tacos! And I love that they were soft shelled tacos too. They were really packed full of all sorts of good stuff. We also got a side of Tickle Pickle’s really delicious mac&cheese…
We really didn’t need the mac&cheese but it’s so good. After finishing our tacos, we got a couple of milkshakes to go. Genifer got an Oreo Speedwagon shake and I got a Flan Halen strawberry shake…
Next week, we’ll have to try Tickle Pickle’s Wing Wednesday. And it’s anything like their Taco Tuesday, we’re going to be in from a real treat. Because I can’t wait to go back to Tickle Pickle for more tacos! 😀🌮❤️

A lazy Sunday x NYPD.
We didn’t do much at all today. We enjoyed the final day of our long holiday weekend by watching some football, a couple of pretty bad movies on Netflix and it was really nice outside so we took Oscar on a couple of extended long walks around the block and up & around the big hill at the end of the street in our neighborhood…
We also ordered some delicious NYPD pizza…
It was kind of a typical Sunday for us. 😀🍕🏈❤️
