Fantasy football wrap-up.

I played fantasy football again this season…

I played four teams but I didn’t realize that all four of my teams of PPR (Points Per Reception). I’d never played PPR leagues before and it showed. Two of my four teams teams made the playoffs and my best finish was 3rd place…

My other teams finished fourth, fifth and seventh, all in eight team leagues. Is that bad? It’s not good. But I still think fantasy football is so much fun. It makes the football season really interesting and enjoyable, especially when you’re winning. Which I wasn’t. 😀🏈🏆❤️

On to fantasy basketball…

I really went overboard with the drafts back before the season started. I wound up with a whopping ten teams this season. That’s twice as many as last year. I ended up with a combined record of 84-46 for the season. The majority of my teams did pretty well with seven of my ten teams making the playoffs. And I ended up winning the championship in four of my ten leagues. My Giant Foam Fingers marched through the regular season undefeated. And they were one of my teams that won their championship, capping off a perfect season! I’ve never had a perfect season in fantasy football before…

Here’s my undefeated lineup from the final championship weekend…

My starting QB was Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson. So it was a little nerve-racking when the Ravens sat him for the final game of the season. Thankfully, I had Drew Breese stashed away for an emergency. Here are my other championship teams…

So once again, I can call myself a fantasy football champion. I think fantasy football is so much fun. It makes the football season really interesting and enjoyable, especially when you’re winning. 😀🏈🏆❤️

Undefeated.

My Giant Foam Fingers finished the fantasy football regular season undefeated in fantasy football…

I think that’s the first time I’ve ever had a fantasy football team go undefeated. Hopefully, they can continue winning in the playoffs. And, Seven of my ten teams made the playoffs. Fantasy football is pretty fun. 😀🏈🏆❤️

For whatever reason this season, our league at work never kicked off. I’m not sure what happened there. But I still played five teams for just the fun of playing fantasy football.
I ended up with a combined record of 39-26 for the season. This season I named all of my teams some sort form of Bears…

My Firey Bears ended up in sixth place after going 5-8 during the regualr season. Team Auction AutoDraft ended in fifth at 7-6. My Growly Bears ended in fourth at 9-4 and Hungry Bears also ended in fourth after running riot in their league, thumping teams every week gto go 10-3 before completely collapsing in the championship semifinals.

My Blocky Bears went 8-5 during the regular season and were the only team I had that made the leauge championship matchup this season. And they were the only team I had that actually won their league…

So once again, I can call myself fantasy football champion. I think fantasy football is so much fun. It makes the football season really interesting and enjoyable, especially when you win. 😀🏈🏆❤️

Fantasy football wrap-up.

I completely forgot to do a blog post about the culmination of my fantasy football season. I wrote an update after week 5 of the season, and another after week 10. But I never wrote one wrapping up the finish of my season. So here we go…

My seven teams went a combined 65-28. I made the playoffs in every league except my league at work, and that was the one that mattered most. In my work league, I finished a disappointing sixth out of twelve teams with a record of 10-5. In the other six leagues, I had a fourth-place finish, three third-place, one second-place and one championship win. In the league where I won my one championship, I was 11-2 but I was 7-6 in the league where I finished second. Figure that one out. It was another fun season of fantasy football. 😀🏈🏆❤️

Fantasy football update.

A quick fantasy football update for you. Week 10 of the 2017 fantasy football season is in the books and my seven teams are a combined 50-20. At 8-2, I’m still in first place in my money league at work despite losing both Aaron Rodgers at QB and Ezekiel Elliot as my RB1. Rounding out the rest of my teams, I have one team at 9-1, two other teams at 8-2, two teams at 6-4 and one team bringing up the rear at 5-5. Not too shabby. 😀🏈👍❤️

We just wrapped up Week 5 of the 2017 fantasy football season and my seven teams are a combined 29-6! At 4-1, I’m in first place in my money league at work. Rounding out the rest of my teams, I have another team at 4-1, two teams at 3-2, and I have three teams that are still undefeated at 5-0! 😀🏈👍❤️

Fantasy football.

After last year’s really bitter disappointment of not winning any championships for the first time, I’m back it again. This season I’m involved in seven fantasy football leagues. The only money league I’m involved with is again the one at work. To mix things up a little this season, I tried my first PPR league, I completely auto-drafted one team and then there are four other teams. So we’ll see how all of them fare this season. Fantasy football definitely makes the football season more enjoyable and much more interesting. 😀🏈❤️

Fantasy Football Champion!

Fantasy Football Champion is something that I am not this year. I had six fantasy football teams. I finished the season with a combined 56-24 record. Four of my six teams finished the regular season in first place. The fifth team finished in fifth place, just outside of the playoffs. My big-money team at work finished the regular season in third. All four of my first-place teams made their championship finals, and that’s where it all went downhill. Rather quickly. Between injuries and teams not playing their starters, my lineups were decimated and I got thumped in all four championship games.  I ended up with four second-place finishers, one sixth-place team and a fourth-placed finish at work. It was unfortunate that I couldn’t win at least one of those four finals. But it sure did make for another really fun football season. 🙂
