We scheduled a bulky item trash pickup through the Fix it Cincy app for tomorrow…

And this evening, we put our items our on the curb for collection tomorrow…

We disassembled the little plastic dilapidated shed that was left in our backyard when we bought our house. We tried and tried and tried to put it back together and get it to stay together. But it always kept falling apart on us. It was time for it to go. All the spiders that made their home in it are going to have to find a new place to live in our backyard. We also got rid of an old really cheap cornhole set and an old rug from our back patio. And finally, we put out our old Ikea mattress from when I first moved downtown. It’s best days were well behind it…

It was really good to get all those items moved out. I was checking one of our front porch OscarCams to see if they had picked up our stuff yet. And while I was checking, the truck pulled up to get our stuff. I was so excited that I got to see them grab our stuff. And I managed to capture a video of the pickup which was impressive because they grabbed all of our stuff in one swoop of a giant claw hand…

I was so happy that I looked just at the right time to see that really cool giant claw hand and placed in the back of the truck. And then I lost the video for about a week. I couldn’t figure out for the life of me where the video had saved on my little tablet if it saved at all. But just tonight, I finally found it and I was all excited again. Genifer just rolled her eyes at me that I took a video of the trash pickup, was frustrated that I couldn’t find the video and then so happy that I actually found it. I guess it’s the little things. Anyway, thanks for coming and getting our stuff, Fix it Cincy! We really appreciate it. 😀🚚❤️
