Who knows. Not me.

I love this part of time off from work when you wake up in the morning and you’re not entirely certain exactly what day it is…

The clouds were so pretty this morning…

Good morning from Northside…

I ordered this adorable westie pendant for Genifer for Christmas…

I purchased it on December 12th. It didn’t ship until December 18th. It shipped USPS so it’s journey took almost forever. It arrived today. And this is what was in the box…

Delightful. Now I get to track down what I actually ordered.

Genifer ordered us Chipotle for lunch again

It started raining this afternoon and just kept raining…

I accidentally took this photo but I kind of like it…

And a very rainy good evening from Northside…

But our basement is still completely bone dry…

Thursdays are trash and recycling days…

We had leftover lasagna for dinner with garlic bread…

I love meals with garlic bread. Genifer made deep dish cookies for dessert…

We started to watch Equinox on Netflix tonight. It seems pretty good so far.

In my Timehop from two years ago, my photos on Google Maps had just gone over 3.5 million views…

Fast forward to today and my photos have 63 million views

And that’s pretty cool, if you ask me. Also four years ago, it snowed…

We don’t snow very often. But we do get a lot of great days, just like this one.

Today, my reviews on Google Maps went over 350,000 views…

Back at the beginning of September, my reviews on Google Maps had just over 300,000 views. It’s all a pretty big accomplishment, if you ask me. And it’s pretty neat. It’s nice to still be popular. It’s been tough with all the COVID-19 but I keep working hard on my Google Maps contributions. Thanks for giving me another way to share my photos… and experiences, Google! #LetsGuide 😀🗺️📷❤️

Over 50 million views.

My photos on Google Maps/Local Guides just passed 50 million views

Pretty neat. I keep working hard on my Google Maps contributions. And I just made it to level 9 local guide last week! Thanks for giving me another way to share my photos, Google! #LetsGuide 😀🗺️📷❤️

Google Maps Local Guides Level 9!

I FINALLY DID IT! I just made it to Local Guide Level 9! I’ve been plugging away and working really hard on my Google Maps/Local Guides. I’ve been posting photos and reviews of every place we visit to try to inch myself from Level 8 up to Level 9. I’ve been painfully close to level 9 for a while, and this evening I finally made it…

HOORAY for Level 9! It doesn’t really mean much to anyone other than me. I don’t get anything. I just think it’s fun. It’s kind of like my Swarm. It’s another way to share our experiences and especially another place to share all the dang photos I take of every little thing every single day.

And that’s really why I like Google Maps Local Guides! #LetsGuide 😀🗺️📷9⃣❤️

Over 47.5 million views.

My photos on Google Maps/Local Guides just passed 47.5 million views

It’s pretty crazy because just two days ago my photos on Google Maps hit the 45 million view milestone. That’s 2.5 million views in two days. Nutty.

Thanks for giving me another way to share my photos, Google! And I’m almost to level 9 local guide on Google Maps. I just keep working hard on my Google Maps contributions#LetsGuide 😀🗺️📷❤️

Over 40 million views.

Back on July 17th, my photos on Google Maps/Local Guides surpassed 30 million views. And a couple of weeks ago on August 18th, I got an email to let me know the photos I’ve uploaded to Google Maps just passed 35 million views. I was going to do a blog post about it but I’m a bit behind on my posting…

Then on August 25th while we were out in the Outer Banks, my photos passed 37.5 million views…

And last week on September 1st, my photos went over 40 million views…

It’s pretty crazy to me that it took a little over a month to go from 30 to 35 but only 14 days to go from 35 to 40 million. I wonder if the pace is just going to keep accelerating?

And today, my reviews on Google Maps went over 300,000 views…

Back again on July 17th, my reviews on Google Maps had just over 250,000 views. And if you ask me, that’s another pretty big jump in a short amount of time. I was at 170,000 views back at the end of  March. It’s all a pretty big accomplishment to me. And it’s pretty neat. It’s nice to still be popular. It’s been tough with COVID-19 but I keep working hard on my Google Maps contributions. Thanks for giving me another way to share my photos, Google! #LetsGuide 😀🗺️📷❤️
