Downtown Cincy Pop Shop.

Downtown Cincinnati Inc. has partnered with the City of Cincinnati to develop pop-up shops that bring together entrepreneurs, artists, makers, and small businesses with local property owners to fill vacant spaces and activate downtown. The first of these new pop-up shops is on Main Street next to Aronoff Center…

It’s a really cool idea. We can’t wait to check out this pop-up shop on Friday. 😀🛍️❤️

Random object of desire.

I’m not a huge fan of many collaborations. A lot of times, they end up looking like a hot mess of mismatched logos. But that’s not the case with this Champion+Peanuts line of apparel for Todd Snyder. I think it’s all pretty sharp. But this hoodie was definitely my favorite piece out of the entire collaboration…

Who wouldn’t want a green hoodie with Woodstock on it? Too bad it’s $178. Time to go search the internet for knock-offs. 🤔💵❤️

Home Goods in Rookwood.

This morning we went over to Home Goods at Rookwood Commons. I always find it interesting to wander around inside of Home Goods. They have all sorts of things you never know you needed for your home. I almost got this canvas for our office…

A Halloween mummy mug or a fox wearing glasses mug with legs…

These giraffes were odd but adorable…

As were these pot steam vents…

And the monster on this bag of popcorn…

Who wouldn’t want this huge three-pound bag of gummi bears…

After wandering around Home Goods, we walked to Rusty Bucket again for lunch. Genifer had a burger…

And I had their patty melt…

I love patty melts. 😀🛍️🍔❤️

Seen and noted.

Yesterday on our way back home from West Chester, we stopped at Circle K to get some gas. We saw these chile & lime puffed wheat snacks that I have never heard of before…

And there was this clever floor sign…

Next time, we’re trying some of those snacks. This afternoon we stopped at Home Goods. We saw these adorable little polar bears…

And we saw this seven-foot-tall giant polar bear…

It can be ours for just $999. What would you do with that guy and more importantly, where would you store him for the other 11-months of the year? 😀🇲🇽🐉🐻❤️

Holiday shopping in OtR.

Work gave me a half-day off today to do some holiday shopping. So we ventured up into Over-the-Rhine’s Gateway Quarter to check out the relatively new Elm & Iron

We went over to check out the new Victor Athletics Club on Republic Street…

But they’re closed on Monday. So we wandered back down Vine Street…

To Gateway Quarter staple, Mica 12/v

Soooo much incredible stuff! It would be pretty amazing to be able to run the social media for these places especially their Instagram accounts. 🙂
