The scene at the Capitol today was just disgusting…

Ugh. January 20th can’t come soon enough. I’m ready for all this mess to be over and for the racists and white supremacists to crawl back under their rocks. This isn’t how America should be.

For dinner tonight, we had Trader Joe’s Mandarin Orange Chicken…

Ohmigosh. The Mandarin Orange Chicken is so good. And we had delicious pot sticker dumplings too…

For dessert, we had these giant Carol’s Cookies that JJVE sent us as part of our terrific Christmas present…

And they were as delicious as they were huge! Thanks again, JJVE!
