Constructing Cincinnati.

They make progress every day at the construction site across the street

Whoa. What the heck?!

We saw this crazy semi-pickup hybrid on the way home from work…

I wish I could have got a better photo of it. But I’ve never seen anything like that before. πŸ˜€πŸššβ€οΈ

Ron Hamilton Photo.

Today, we got to take a tour of Ron Hamilton’s new photography studio on Main Street where the old Ace Hardware used to be…

On the second floor are their offices…

And on the third floor is the studio space…

I love backsplash tile in their kitchen…

What a great space…

Color me jealous…

And how cool are these prints?

They did an incredible job renovating the space. It’s such an incredible place. I hope I get to see it in action sometime soon. πŸ˜€πŸ“·β€οΈ

Today was the first step.

Today was the first step in a whole new adventure for me…

The first page in the next chapter. And it’s all very exciting. πŸ˜€πŸ“–β€οΈ

Constructing Cincinnati.

Just checking in on the progress with the construction across the street

And this afternoon, I had to walk across downtown and I got to see the construction that is taking place at Fourth and Race Streets…

I don’t know why I find construction sites so fascinating. I just think construction sites are pretty interesting and it’s neat to be able to watch something brand new start to grow out of nothing and take shape. πŸ˜€πŸš§β€οΈ

Deskey’s Opening Day Celebration

Deskey hosted their annual Opening Day Celebration

It was a pretty fun afternoon. Thankfully, I didn’t have to do any Opening Day front window installations this year. Click to see all the photos I took at Deskey’s Opening Day Celebration. πŸ˜€βšΎοΈπŸŒπŸ†β€οΈ

Constructing Cincinnati.

Every Monday, I’m always kind of excited to see what progress they made on the over the weekend on construction project across the street

I find it all really interesting. πŸ˜€πŸš§β€οΈ

It must be spring.

It was a rainy first day of spring. Taken with Instagram. πŸ˜€πŸŒ§οΈβ˜”οΈβ€οΈ

Seen and noted.

I loved, loved, LOVED this painting that I saw in the window Algin Retro Furniture at the corner of Eighth and Main Streets…

Loved it.Β But when I went back to try to see how much it was, it wasn’t in the window anymore. It was probably ridiculously expensive. Everything in Algin Retro is super overpriced. Oh well. At least I got this photo of the painting. Taken with Instagram.

Constructing Cincinnati.

When I got to work this morning, I couldn’t help but notice they erected a tower crane across the street from the office over the weekend…

I watched the crane operator climb down all those ladders to get back to the ground. Holy sweaty palms. There’s no way I could do that every day. Every day… Dang. Who am I kidding? I wouldn’t be able to climb up there once.Β πŸ˜€πŸš§β€οΈ
