302 Festive fun.

This afternoon I got to celebrate the holidays at 302 with festive fun!Β  The company that manages 302 West 3rd Street hosted a lunch catered by Out of Thyme

There were Chicken Cordon Bleu sammiches (roasted chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, swiss cheese, horseradish mustard on side), salad and broccoli cheddar soup…

The little sammiches were really good and broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite. And there’s nothing I love more than free lunch. πŸ˜€πŸ₯ͺ❀️

Another lost shoe.

I saw another lost shoe this afternoon just outside of the office…

I really don’t understand how someone can lose their shoe. But my guess would be that it fell out of a bag or something. But I still don’t understand. πŸ€”πŸ‘ β€οΈ

It looks a lot like Christmas.

When I got to work this morning, the lobby of 302 West Third was beautifully decorated for the holidays…

Later, I ran out to get something for lunch and stopped to admire the tree in the atrium at the Westin Hotel across from Fountain Square…

And the tree in Carew Tower…

I was walking in what was left of downtown Cincinnati’s Skywalk and noticed that the escalators in Carew Tower that were always broken had been replaced with stairs…

And the Hyatt Regency had a pretty tree too…

On my way to the bus after work, I stopped to admire the holiday window display at Bromwell’s on Fourth Street…

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in downtown Cincinnati. πŸ˜€πŸŽ„πŸŽ…β€οΈ

No thank you.

There were guys washing the windows of 302 West 3rd Street today. I don’t think there’s any way I could be a window washer

I wouldn’t want to be dangling off the side of a building all day…

Ugh. I do not do well with heights. No thank you. πŸ˜¬β¬†οΈβ€οΈ

Good evening from downtown Cincinnati. I apologize for really wearing out this view. I mean, not really because the sunsets are so pretty right now when I’m getting ready to leave from work. I’m sure there will be quite a few more photos taken gazing out at this view. I think it’s just gorgeous at dusk. Taken with Instagram. πŸ˜€πŸŒ†β€οΈ

Hello from Grey Midwest.

This morning at Grey Midwest we had our monthly company meeting…

You can tell when it’s a company meeting morning because the chairs were all set up around the flat screens and the robotic dinosaur was guarding the all the wires that run to the flatscreens…

And I admire this guy on someone’s desk every time I get up to refill my water…

Later in the morning, I had a meeting down on the second floor. I got to my meeting early and just around the corner from the conference room was this giant bear just snoozing away in an empty cubicle…

He looked super uncomfortable so I repositioned him a bit…

It was pretty random. Also pretty random is the awesome mural on the second floor…

It was another interesting and fun day at Grey Midwest. It’s never boring over here.

I’d just like to add I’ve learned more stuff in the last eight months since I joined Grey than I learned in the six years I was at my last job. And I’m really kicking myself for staying there that long. Oh well. Live and learn. It’s just nice to be back in the big time.

Good morning from downtown Cincinnati.

Hello. Good morning from downtown Cincinnati. It’s the start of another week. πŸ˜€πŸŒ‡β€οΈ

Did you bring your umbrella?

Hello from another rainy day in downtown Cincinnati…

I guess it’s just that rainy time of year. I’m glad I remembered my umbrella. πŸ˜€πŸŒ§οΈβ˜”οΈβ€οΈ
