For dinner tonight, Genifer made another of the terrific Kroger Prep+Pared meals. This one was Mushroom Stroganoff over cauliflower hash cakes…
It was another delicious meal! The cauliflower was really difficult to form into little cakes so we just had the mushroom stroganoff over a mound of cauliflower. And it was so good. We’ve been really impressed with all the Prep+Pared meals Every one of the meals we’ve tried have been very delicious! I would be very hard pressed to pick any of the meals to call my favorite. They’re all so good. 😀❤️

O Christmas tree.
I had the day off from work today for my annual Deskey holiday shopping day. I just puttered around the house while Genifer went to work. When she got home, we went
to Lowe’s to look for a Christmas tree. They have some really ridiculously huge holiday decorations at Lowe’s…
And there was this silliness. We just got a little tree this year because we’re still cleaning pine needles out of our car from last year’s Christmas tree…

Northside Sunday.
We were walking down Hamilton Avenue to brunch and saw the Dogfish Head x Crosley Cruiser Tour parked out in front of Shake It Records…
We went to Django Western Taco for brunch…
We shared a breakfast burrito and tater tot casserole…
Afterwards, we went to Second Place to watch Michigan’s second round basketball game against Louisville. It also turns out the Liverpool versus Manchester City match was on…
Second Place put out quite the spread for the match…
It was a pretty amazing atmosphere for both of the games. And… it was super exciting to watch Michigan advance to the Sweet Sixteen. Also, next Saturday the second season of FC Cincinnati USL soccer kicks off in Charleston, South Carolina. And Second Place is having a watch party…
It was another really fun Sunday in Northside. 🙂

Our St. Patrick’s Day was a cold and rainy one. As a result, we just stayed home, enjoyed some beers and watched a whole bunch of basketball. We hope everyone had a happy and safe St. Patrick’s Day that wasn’t nearly as rainy and cold as ours.
