Meanwhile in Michigan…
Tonight, my parents went to see #11 Western Michigan take on Colorado College at Lawson Ice Arena in Kalamazoo. We tuned in to watch the game on CBS Sports. While we were watching, we kept an eye out for my parents. I thought I recognized the white stripes on my dad’s jacket in the crowd…
And then coming back from a commercial, there were my parents…
It was pretty neat to see my mom & dad on TV. And it was a really good hockey game too. Western defeated Colorado College 3-2 in overtime! 😀📺🏒❤️

A cold morning in downtown Cincinnati.
On cold mornings, I really love watching the steam rise off of the buildings around downtown Cincinnati from my office window on Eighth Street…
I don’t know. I just find it kind of mesmerizing.

I saw this giant tub of cheeseballs on the shelf at CVS…
We going to get one of these and take it with us to the New Year’s Eve party at Higher Gravity to share with everyone. But just before New Years, they disappeared from the shelves. And then today, they were back. Go figure. Now, maybe I’ll just get one to have at work. 😀🧀❤️

We seriously need to invest in some sleds for the next time it snows. Just look at this perfectly illuminated sledding hill at the end of our street…
