Along I-75 South.

This afternoon we went up to West Chester to pick up Oscar. He’s been staying with Geri while I recovered from my surgery. It’s great to have him coming back home…

Every time we drive home along I-75 from up north, we pass this odd little building next to the train tracks that run alongside the highway. We’ve passed it a bunch of times since we’ve moved to Northside but I’ve never got to take a photo of it because I’m usually driving. Today, I got to be the passenger on our way home from picking up Oscar. And I finally got to take some photos of that odd little building…

I took a video out the window on our way home too with my new Polaroid CUBE+…

I don’t know why, but I just love videos taken out of the windows of cars. Just watching all the scenery go by, there’s something very en about it to me. I also took some photos with my CUBE+ on our way home once we got off I-75…

My new CUBE+ is fun. But it’s so good to have Oscar home again.

Twelve days ago, I had my left hip completely replaced. Tonight, I took my dog on a walk around the block with just a little bit of help from my cane…

Modern medicine is truly awe-inspiring. 😀🏥❤️

Moving just a little bit slow.

I’m able to get up and move around the house without a lot of problems or discomfort. It just takes me a little while to get anywhere…

Mack was waiting for me to finally make it all the way upstairs so we could watch the soccer matches together. All things considered, I’m not doing too bad. 😀🐾📺⚽️❤️

Three years ago, we drove up to Michigan to visit my parents and Milan came with us…

Milan loved my parent’s backyard…

He would have loved our backyard so much. And he would have loved going on walks through Parker Woods. I miss the bud dog so much every day. 😀🐾❤

This morning we took Oscar to VCA College Hill to get his shots updated…

He gets so excited about riding in the car but that excitement dies just as soon as I try to get a photo of him being all excited to be in the car…

He got his shots updated and we were back on our way home…

He’s such a cutie face. 😀🐾❤️

They’re our best friends too.

This morning we picked up Oscar and Mack from Best Friends. And they had Oscar’s and Mack’s photos on the TV in their lobby…

I think Mack had a lot of fun over the weekend. Because he didn’t want to leave. It was either that or he really hates riding in the car. Maybe a little bit of both. He has a lot of anxiety about rididng in the car. Have I mentioned how much I like the people at Best Friends? They’re pretty awesome. 😀🐾❤️
