We got stuck at crossing waiting on this train carrying car chassis…
It went on and on and on. And as soon as we could see the end another train emerged from behind the first train going the opposite direction. Finally, we could see the end of the second train. And at the next light, we got stuck behind a funeral procession. Sometimes when it rains, it pours. Taken with Instagram. 🙂

There was a beautiful sunrise this morning as we were getting ready for work…
And from the bus, it looked like there was also an amazing sunset on the way home…

Deskey White Elephant potluck.
Today was the annual Deskey holiday luncheon…
We had roast beast and mashed potatoes catered in for lunch…
Delicious stuff! My contribution to the Deskey white elephant gift exchange was this silly cute Starbucks barista bear and a $10 Starbucks gift card…
I ended up with a pet rock shaped like a turtle. 
How adorable were these cookies…
It was another really fun afternoon at a great company. 🙂

Django.
We walked down to Django Western Taco for brunch again this morning…
Genifer had been craving guacamole for a minute now so she just ordered some guac Django style and some chips and salsa. I had Django’s amazing chicken biscuit…
It looked a bit different than the last time I had it but it was every bit as delicious. 🙂

Cyclones hockey game #4.
Tonight, we went to our fourth Cyclones hockey game of the season…
At the end of the first, it was 1-0 Cyclones…
2-0 Cyclones!!
Our selfie made the big screen for the second straight game…
And the Cyclones held on to win 3-1!
The Cyclones hockey games are always fun. Especially when they win. 🙂

Tickle Pickle.
We got some Tickle Pickle to go for dinner tonight. It’s been a minute since we had last had their delicious burgers…
Genifer had a Bread Zeppelin. I had the Meatallica…
They have such delicious burgers. We also got some smashed potatoes and their amazing mac ‘n cheese. I didn’t notice the special until we were getting ready to head home with our food. The David Doughie sounds pretty awesome…
