Superb Owl Sunday.
Well, the result of The Big Game™ didn’t turn quite as I would have liked. I guess Tom Brady and the Patriots can’t win all the Superb Owls. It’s awful nice of them to let someone else win one every now and then. But it was still a good game. And there were some pretty good commercials. Oh well. Onto the next sports ball season already in progress. 😀🦉🏈❤️

Superb Owl Pregame.
We pregamed for the Superb Owl with another massive 22″ pepperoni pizza and wings from Chameleon Pizza in Northside. The best part is… ready? This time… THEY DELIVERED IT! Chameleon’s pizza delivery is up and running. It took just a little over a half hour for all this amazing deliciousness to be sitting on our dining room table…
So much pepperoni. We could only eat two slices each because they are huuuuge…
The pizza is great. But we can’t say enough about their wings. Their boneless wings are outstanding. We’ve only had BBQ boneless wings. But I would be hard-pressed to try a different flavor or bone-in wings because these are just out of this world…
And with our bellies full, we journeyed back up to our third floor where it’s the warmest in our house to get ready for tonight’s big game. 😀🍕🐔❤️
ps. What’s up with the back-to-back pizza posts on the blog?! High five for pizza! 🖐️🍕

It’s not my favorite deep dish Jet’s Pizza. But it was still pretty good stuff. 😀🍕❤️

Fantasy football wrap-up.
I completely forgot to do a blog post about the culmination of my fantasy football season. I wrote an update after week 5 of the season, and another after week 10. But I never wrote one wrapping up the finish of my season. So here we go…
My seven teams went a combined 65-28. I made the playoffs in every league except my league at work, and that was the one that mattered most. In my work league, I finished a disappointing sixth out of twelve teams with a record of 10-5. In the other six leagues, I had a fourth-place finish, three third-place, one second-place and one championship win. In the league where I won my one championship, I was 11-2 but I was 7-6 in the league where I finished second. Figure that one out. It was another fun season of fantasy football. 😀🏈🏆❤️

I rode the Streetcar.
It was a bitterly cold day in downtown Cincinnati. So for the second time since it started running, I rode the streetcar Cincinnati Bell Connector today. I could the streetcar at the Cincinnati Library station at Walnut and Eighth Street…
And rode it around through The Banks up to the station at Main and Fourth Streets…
Then I walked through the OmniCare Building and across Sycamore Street to Queen City Square to get my haircut at Roosters…
Then it was back to the streetcar station at Main and Fourth Streets…
I got back off the streetcar at the Main and Eighth station right in front of work…
Pretty easy. I usually would just walk. But today, the streetcar definitely beat walking around downtown in the bitter cold. 😀🚎❤️

Kinder Joy.
I was at CVS this week and I saw a display of these Kinder Joy eggs…
I got a couple of them because they were 2 for $3, I’ve never seen them before and I was curious as to what they were. It said was sweet cream topped with cocoa wafer bites. When you pull the two halves of the egg apart, there is a gold side and a white side…
The gold side contains the sweet cream topped with cocoa wafer bites. The sweet cream is a hazelnut cream with a Nutella-like chocolate underneath. And the white side, there’s a little toy of some sort…
The toy in this Kinder Joy egg was a little pull-back racer car…
I’ve opened a few of the Kinder Joy eggs now, and the toy has been different in every one. There was this race car, a different pull-back race car, roller skates for your fingers, a slingshot lion game, a little wizard and a little robot. I have a few more eggs. I can’t wait to see what’s inside my other Kinder Joy eggs! Treat + Toy… Twice the Joy!™ 😀🥚❤️
