This is a slice of O-Pie-O’s Greek Quiche. It was pretty outstanding. She also brought home a slice of their lemon pie for dessert. And it was incredible as well…
There were so many delicious pies today. I wish we could have Pi Day every day. They should really extend Pi Day to Pi Week instead because I would have liked the pie to go on forever. 😀🥧❤️

By the time I got home to Northside, the sun was out. And the sky was really pretty from our backyard…

Genifer made another one of the delicious Prep+Pared meal kits for dinner tonight. This meal kit was for coconut curry chicken with lemongrass chutney, toasted rice and green beans…
And this one was delicious too! We’ve really enjoyed all the Kroger Pre+Pared meal kits from Kroger, except for one. 😀🥥🐔🍛❤️
