It’s what’s for dinner.
When we were out and about running errands this afternoon, we purchased a little charcoal grill for our backyard. And it was the first thing I started assembling just as soon we got home…
As soon as it was all put together, it had burgers and hot dogs on it…
It’s pretty awesome that the first meal we cooked at our new house was on the grill…
You really can’t beat food off the grill. 🙂

FC Cincinnati versus Bethlehem Steel FC.
We tried something new for today’s FC Cincinnati match. We caught Cincinnati Metro‘s 17 bus from Northside to Clifton. And holy cow, did it ever make getting over to the match so incredibly easy…
We stopped the St. Clair like we always do before the match to watch the end of the Euro quarterfinal match between Germany and Italy. It went to extra time, and then penalties. And that was one of the more insane penalty shootouts that I’ve ever seen. It seemed like no one wanted to score. But the Germans survived to claim their spot in the semifinals…
With the shootout going so long and the FC|C match starting earlier than normal, we missed the teams walking out onto the pitch, national anthem and The Bailey’s tifo…
At the half, it was 0-0…
SPRINKLES!!!
GOAL! 1-0 FC Cincinnati! Jimmy McLaughlin!

And that’s the way it would end 1-0 to FC Cincinnati!
FC Cincinnati extended their undefeated streak out to eleven straight games. They are 7-0-4 dating back to April. FC|C’s next home match is a friendly on July 16th as they play host to Crystal Palace of the English Premier League. This is going to be THE event of the summer. We have our tickets. And we can’t wait. Hope to see you at Nippert! 🙂

Top This Donut Bar.
On our way over to pick up Oscar from Genifer’s mom,we stopped at Anderson Towne Center to check out Top This Donut Bar…
Top This Donut Bar is known mainly for their freshly made cake donuts, but they also have cinnamon rolls and crispy rice treats. We chose donuts… because they were out of cinnamon rolls. Next, you choose your glaze or icing. And then you choose your topping, or toppings depending on how much extra your want to invest in your creation. The first topping is included after that each additional topping is 25¢.
We got five donuts and each added a milkshake…
And here are our creations…
Genifer got a glazed and a vanilla-iced topped with sprinkles. I got a chocolate-iced topped with Oreo crumbles, a caramel-iced topped with graham crackers and a maple-iced topped with bacon…
They look delicious. I can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow! YUM! 🙂

Moving day!
Our movers came this morning to pack up all our stuff. We used Two Men and a Truck. It was pretty crazy just how fast the loaded up all of our stuff…
It looked like so much stuff when it was all in our apartment…
Home sweet home. 🙂 Now the unpacking begins.
