Good evening from Northside.

Good evening from Northside.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒ„โค๏ธ

We got an electric lawnmower.

We bought a lawnmower from Amazon and it arrived today…

We got theย Earthwise 14-Inch Mulching Corded Electric Lawn Mower from Amazon along with a new 100 foot extension cord…

It actually did a really nice job of cutting the grass in our backyard. It was much faster than the modified weedwacker I was to using to trim the grass in the backyard. And the best part was, it was free! I used the points I had accumulated from my Amazon Visa and only had to pay for the shipping. Best $12 I’ve ever spent!ย ๐Ÿ˜€โค๏ธ

Seen and noted.

It’s kind of crazy to me how many snails we see on the sidewalks around Northside. We didn’t see 125 of them or anything. But we see more snails than you think we would…

I don’t think this snail is doing so well.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒโค๏ธ

One hundred and twenty-five.

We counted 125 Daddy Long Leg spiders on our dog walk through Parker Woods this evening. One hundred and twenty-five!

Our old record was 72 on a dog walk. I think we’re probably done counting spiders on dog walks now because that was really a lot of spiders to count. Taken with Instagram.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ๐Ÿ‘€โค๏ธ

Bunbury Sunday.

Bunbury Sunday!ย There were a bunch of great bands again today but no one that I really loved. I didn’t take a ton of photos today. We just enjoyed the performances…

Tonight’s headliner was Jack White who closed Bunbury 2018…

Pretty awesome. It was another great day of music at Bunbury! We can’t wait for next year.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽถโค๏ธ

Bunbury Saturday.

After the dropping the buddies at Best Friends, we made it downtown and checked into our room for the weekend at the Renaissance Hotelย in the old Bartlett Building at the corner of Walnut and Fourth Streets. Our room was really nice…

And then we walked down to Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove to experience the big fun musical excitement of Bunbury Music Festival

Genifer got us VIP tickets…

One of the best parts of being VIP was how close you could get to the stage…

One of the first bands we got to listen to was the band we were the most excited about, Third Eye Blind

It was the first time I’ve ever seen them live, and they were awesome! I took a handful of videos of their performance. After Third Eye Blind finished, we walked across Sawyer to the other big stage. It was kind of a mess to get to over to the other stage. There were really three paths: One to the right through the people waiting in long lines for food, one to the left through the people waiting in lines for the bathrooms or through the center through the people listening to the music. We waded through the sea of people waiting in lines for the restrooms and eventually made it to the other VIP area…

The Saturday night headliner was Incubus…

There were so many great bands that played tonight. It was really a fantastic time. And once again, Third Eye Blind was just terrific. They were the highlight of our Bunbury Saturday. After Incubus completed their set, we walked from Sawyer Point back up from the riverfront into Central Business District, down Fourth Street passed our hotel to get some late night Dominos pizza…

We used to get Dominos pizza all the time when we lived downtown. Dominos pizza is one of the few things we miss about not living downtown. Because Dominos pizza is so good and so cheap…

And then we went back to the hotel to eat our delicious pizza and then we were off to bed. It was a really great Saturday of music at Bunbury Music Festival.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ•โค๏ธ

It turned out to be a pretty evening.

Good evening from Northside.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒ„โค๏ธ

Seventy-two.

There were so many Daddy Long Leg spiders that crossed our path on our dog walk. We were pretty shocked the other day when we counted 29. Tonight, we counted 72…

Seventy-two Daddy Long Leg spiders. I couldn’t imagine seeing more spiders along this path than we did tonight.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ•ท๏ธโค๏ธ

It was a little underwhelming.

When we’ve been walking the dogs, we’ve been keeping an eye out for Daddy Long Leg spiders after seeing 29 on our walk through Parker Woods a few days ago

Today, we only saw 18 Daddy Long Leg spiders. Bummer.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธโค๏ธ

We saw 29!

We went on our normal dog walk this evening through Parker Woods…

The other day we started noticing that there were a bunch of Daddy Long Geg spiders on the path. We started counting about halfway through our walk and counted 13 spiders. Tonight, we started counting from the beginning and we saw 29 Daddy Long Legs…

We walked a little over a mile tonight…

It equates to seeing a spider every 200 or so feet. That’s a lot of spiders.ย ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒ„๐Ÿ•ท๏ธโค๏ธ
