I got a motion alert from our third-floor WyzeCam this afternoon, and when I checked it, there were literally no cars parked on our street in view of our camera…
I don’t think I’ve ever seen our street empty before. 😀📷❤️

Their steakburgers are so good. They’ve become one of our favorites. We really love them. I also love Genifer for being so patient with me as I take a photo of everything…

To celebrate Genifer’s new purchase, we headed out to find March First Brewing out in Sycamore Township. March First is Cincinnati’s only brewery, cidery and distillery…

We started with a flight of beers with their craft lager on the far end…
Then we did a flight of their ciders. We really should have done ciders then beers…
We each got a full beer. Genifer had the Barrel Aged Maple Red Ale and I had just their Craft American Lager. We also shared some really delicious cheesy bread…
March First is such a great place. We could easily see it becoming one of our favorite Cincinnati breweries. We can’t wait to get back to March First really soon. 😀🍺🍕❤️

Genifer has been looking at new cars for a little while now. She’s been wanting a little SUV ever since we rented a Nissan Rogue for our #gtfOscarRoadTrip2019. College Hill Coffee Company.
This morning we set out to run some Saturday morning errands but first we stopped for coffee up in College Hill at College Hill Coffee Company…
Genifer ordered a peppermint mocha and I got myself a hot chocolate with chocolate chip banana bread…
Our drinks were really good. There’s also all sorts of gift items and home goods and odds and ends in CHCC like these huge gourmet rice crispy treats…
And this adorable dinosaur hide & hunt puzzle dog toy…
And their menu looked really good too. We’ll have to come back up to College Hill Coffee Company for breakfast sometime very soon. 😀☕️❤️

20th Annual Crab Carnival.
On our way home this evening, we stopped at Washington Platform at the corner of Court and Elm Streets in downtown Cincinnati…
As it turns out, Washington Platform was having their 20th annual Crab Carnival…
Genifer ordered the Findlay Market salad. And it was a delicious looking salad…
She doesn’t really like seafood all that much. I ordered the crab cake muffuletta…
The sammich was pretty good. But it was a lot of bread. I ended up just eating the crab cake and leaving the bread. And then it was pretty awesome.
And they had live jazz in the dining room…
We’ll have to come back to check out Washington Platform’s other events…
And we’ll definitely have to come back for half-price burger night Wednesdays…

It was better than I remember.
We ordered a couple of Papa John’s pizza for dinner tonight…
Papa John’s pizza was a lot better than I remember it. I would actually order Papa Johns again sometime in the near future. And they’re one of the few places that will deliver to our house. 😀🍕❤️
On a related note, have you seen Papa John’s new TV commercials?
It sounds like they got Colonel Sanders for Kentucky Fried Chicken to do the voice over.
It was just a really odd choice of voice talent. When I first saw these spots, my first thought was, “KFC is making pizza now??!” Odd.
Maybe next time we should get flavored crust. They make it look pretty good.
