Fiery Hen.

Because it’s Thursday, we stopped to check out the relatively new, Fiery Hen,Β it’s just a couple of doors down from Queen City Exchange on Court Street…

Genifer tried one of their cocktails but I don’t remember which one…

I had a $2 Miller High Life. It’s the champagne of beers…

We started with some delicious Pimento Cheese Croquettes…

Genifer had the Chef salad with grilled chicken…

And I ordered the chicken tenders with fries…

You got to pick your spice level. I chose the second mildest, Nashville Mild. It still had a bit of kick. Next time, I’m going to get the least spicy, Yella Belly. And your choice of fries or saratoga chips and ranch or blue cheese. Obviously, I got fries and ranch. Everything was outstanding. I can’t wait to come back to Fiery Hen for more tenders. Because I really love chicken tenders. And these tenders were awesome.Β πŸ˜€πŸ₯—πŸ”πŸŸβ€οΈ

Hello from Grey Midwest.

Good morning from Northside.

And when we were walking the dogs this morning, there were a bunch of geese up on the hill at the end of our street…

It’s what’s for dinner.

We had Trader Joe’s Teriyaki Chicken for dinner tonight…

It’s really good but not nearly as good as Trader Joe’s Mandarin Orange Chicken. That one is my favorite. πŸ˜€πŸ₯‘πŸ”β€οΈ

Thanks, Timehop.

These popped up in my Timehop this morning…

Oh, the good old days of FC Cincinnati Orlando City B in the USL. I miss those days. And four years ago, we stopped for milkshakes on our way up to Michigan

Also, look how little Violette and Edgerton used to be. Thanks for the memories, Timehop. πŸ˜€πŸ¦•β€οΈ

Never forget.

Good evening from Northside.

Downtown details.

A while back, I did a kind of lackluster job of documenting my walk from work across downtown to catch the bus at Government Square. I gave it another pass tonight with similar results. I leave work and walk down McFarland Street…

This new graffiti just popped up the other day on Egan Alley…

I cross Elm Street and walk down Benham Alley…

There’s the construction site at Race and Fourth Streets with two tower cranes…

I walk down Fourth Street passed Unheardof sneaker shop…

On the other side of Vine Street, I walk by Aster on Fourth and the FC|C offices which were recently painted purple on the first two floors…

And I walk by the FC|C team shop

I walk by Dixie Terminal and Renaissance Hotel on Fourth Street and turn up Walnut Street to get Government Square on Fifth Street…

I really missed some key landmarks. Again. I’ll have to try to do a better job of documenting my walk from work down Fourth Street to catch the bus at Government Square. Maybe the third time will be the charm.Β Β πŸ˜€πŸ™οΈπŸš§β€οΈ

Corners of our home.

We hung these new little coffee mug shelves in our kitchen this evening…

Hooray for new shelves. πŸ˜€πŸ‘β€οΈ
