Greetings from Northside.

Good morning from Northside. It looked like it was going to be overcast again…

We saw another Northside sidewalk snail on our dog walk this morning…

But Mack sniffed it and probably scared the heck out of the snail because it pulled itself inside its shell and did not want to come back out. A lot of times if you wait a couple minutes, they’ll slowly come back out of their shell. But not this one.

We walked to Sidewinder Coffee this morning to get some beverages…

I got an iced hot chocolate which is pretty much chocolate milk over ice. And Genifer had a lavender and vanilla iced latte with oat milk…

On our way home, we stopped to watch the machines on Pullan Avenue…

They’re replacing the water mains on all the streets on our side of Northside.

We noticed that Oscar hid one of the new Nylabones under the pillows on the sofa so Mack couldn’t find it. He’s very possessive when it comes to his toys…

Genifer made Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry for dinner…

It was delicious. I pretty much like anything with ramen and an Asian flair. She always finds the best recipes for dinners.

And finally, good evening from Northside…

Even though it ended up being overcast all day, it was still pretty good day. 😀❤️

#ScareCorona, part 6.

We walked to get some coffees from Sidewinder this morning…

On the way back home, we stumbled across a few more ScareCoronas…

And this one was my favorite one of the day…

There were some more really good ones. There have been so many ScareCoronas around Northside. And it still seems like there are more every day. It’ll be interesting to see if more keep popping up. 😀🦠❤️

Our Sunday funday.

We woke up early this morning to take Oscar to Petsmart to finally get his haircut. But first, we stopped to admire our front yard again in the morning light…

We were running a bit early for his appointment so to burn a little bit of time we stopped through the drive-thru at Biggby for some delicious Biggby coffee…

Then it was time for to get his haircut…

While we were waiting for Oscar to get done with his grooming, we stopped to do some grocery shopping at Kroger…

Holy margarita display…

And it worked. We bought a bottle of peach margaritas. But this giant iguana in a tree didn’t get us to buy anything…

Oscar was ready to come home with some new toys…

And he looked so handsome again…

After we got home with Oscar with put away our groceries, we sunk our stepping stone into our front yard…

And then we rewarded ourselves with one of those margaritas in our backyard…

As we sat on our patio in our backyard, the skies started to look a bit ominous…

And was pretty much our Sunday. 😀📅❤️

Order ahead via our website.

This morning we walked to get some Sidewinder Coffee before getting to work…

And we can now order ahead through Sidewinder’s website…

We had been placing our order over the phone for carryout. We’ll definitely have to try ordering through their website next time we get Sidewinder coffees. And I’m sure that will be very soon! 😀☕️❤️

A good morning for Biggby Coffee.

This morning we ran over to Madisonville to get some Biggby Coffee…

We got iced drinks this morning! Genifer got her Cinnamon Honey Vanilla Latte, and of course, I got my Cocoa Carmella Hot Chocolate with some butterscotch….

Mmmmm… Biggby Coffee is sooo good. And iced hot chocolate is amazing. 😀☕️❤️

Saturday morning errands.

This morning we got up, dodged the raindrops and ran over to the grocery store…

I stopped to look for a birthday card for my sister…

Since the last time we were at Kroger, they placed doors over all the refrigerated sections like where the eggs and yogurts live…

Just another handle to touch. It seems like the grocery store is slowly returning to normal as far as supplies go. There were very few empty shelves this trip. There were also these adorable BBQ themed balloons…

After we had all our groceries, we stopped at the Kroger Fuel Center to get some gas. Genifer had so many Kroger Rewards points that she got $1 off each gallon of gas. And it made the gas just 59¢ a gallon…

We wished we could have filled the car up twice…

Because it only cost $8 to fill up our car…

On the way home, we stopped to get some Biggby Coffee…

It was just a rainy morning. But at least, we got our grocery shopping out of the way for the week. 😀🛍️☕️❤️

Tuesday morning Mad Llama.

Before we started work this morning, we ran over to Mad Llama to get coffees. And as we were pulling into Mad Llama, the sun was making an appearance…

If it’s really nice outside the next time we get Mad Llama, I think I’m going to get one of their Java Whips. But which one should I try?

This morning I just stuck with my hot chocolate…

Mad Llama is one of our four favorite coffee shops in all of Cincinnati along with Biggby, Sunny Blu, and of course, our local Sidewinder. 😀☕️❤️
